Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cut, debone and prepare meats according to standards.
- Check the quality and freshness of meat products.
- Ensure the correct storage of meats and compliance with the cold chain.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of tools and the workstation.
- Advise customers on different products and preparations.
- Participate in stock management and report replenishment needs.
- Experience desired in traditional or industrial butchery.
- Knowledge of cutting techniques and hygiene standards.
- Rigor, efficiency and customer service orientation.
