Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to the company's recipes.
- Control the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety rules.
- Participate in the management and organization of the kitchen, including the storage of food.
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and the work space.
- Experience desired in professional cooking.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and mastery of cooking standards.
- Ability to work in a team, rigor and sense of organization.
