Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on all water bottling equipment, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and conveyors, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues within the bottling plant, troubleshooting complex problems effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, identifying potential problems and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
- Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including sanitization and hygiene protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in a technical field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance are highly desirable.
Minimum 0-5 years of experience in a water bottling plant or similar manufacturing environment is essential.
Experience with packaging equipment, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and conveyors, is highly valued.
