Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out assigned civil and MEP works as per drawings, specifications, and site instructions Execute gypsum board works including partitions, ceilings, bulkheads, and decorative finishes Perform painting works including surface preparation, putty, primer, and final coats Execute tile installation for floors and walls with proper alignment and finishing Perform plastering works ensuring smooth and even surfaces Carry out MEP works including basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related tasks as assigned Ensure work quality meets company standards and project requirements Follow site safety rules and procedures at all times Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on site Maintain cleanliness of work areas and proper use of tools and materials Report daily progress and material requirements to the site supervisor
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in one or more of the above trades Minimum 2–5 years experience in construction or fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred) Ability to read and understand basic drawings and site instructions Skilled in using relevant hand tools and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and capable of site work Strong work ethic with attention to quality and deadlines Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference
