Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to technical and non-technical queries from field teams and assist in resolving issues efficiently.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems while documenting updates in operational systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals.
Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Be available for on-call duties during planned and unplanned activities.
Requirements:
3 4 years of experience in technical support, preferably in telecom.
Knowledge of VoIP, IPTV, and Broadband technologies.
Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Communication, or related fields.
Cisco certification or equivalent is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
