Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- In the event of a quality incident (export or internal), manage the implementation of security measures in consultation with the IQP of the UI until verification of effectiveness and contribute to the feedback.
- Establish and display quality alerts and/or security sheets at the workstation in consultation with the IQP.
- Participate in and contribute to litigation committees.
- Provide support for the characterization of defects for customer feedback or alerts to the supplier.
- Process FFTPs issued up to CLOS status.
- Prepare the monthly data used to update KPIs (IQ3/IQ4).
- Keep quality indicators displayed at QRQC level 1 (production line) up to date.
- Manage the sending and repatriation as well as the verification of archived/archived documents.
- Proximity support to the production line in the process of handling non-conformities.
- Ensure the backup of the IQP in case of absence.
Job Requirements
Formation Bac+2 Bac+3 : BTS, DUT or equivalent diploma in the technical or quality field.
A first experience in product quality control is desirable, but motivated beginners can be accepted depending on the position.
Good command of measuring instruments: calipers, micrometer, profile projector.
Knowledge of quality tools and methods: 5 Why, 8D, AMDEC, Ishikawa, etc.
Rigour, sense of analysis, organization and good communication skills.
Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word); knowledge of a metrology software is a plus.

Sense of the field and taste for working in the workshop.
Ability to step back and prioritize in the face of quality emergencies.
Ease in the interpretation of plans and technical specifications.
