Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests and provide technical support via phone, email and chat.
- Diagnose and effectively resolve problems related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Manage and track customer requests using our ticketing system
- If necessary, escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and support procedures
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Manage the support queue to ensure a quick resolution of all tickets.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to guide users through technical processes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge base.
