Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Effectuer les tests et recettes utilisateurs des quipements informatiques et/ou t l phoniques et suivre l' volution des quipements
Assurer la masterisation des environnements
Diagnostiquer et traiter les incidents sur ordinateur, r seaux, messagerie ou t l phonie ;
G rer l'exploitation sur incident ;
G rer le parc informatique connect au r seau et le r f rentiel des assets et les mouvements de stock et administrer la messagerie sur la partie cliente du poste de travail (connexion, exploitation); et suivre l' volution de l' quipement
D finir les donn es de t l distribution (cibles, profils, d pendances ) et de t l maintenance ;
Contr ler la conformit des quipements avec les r f rentiels et prendre les dispositions n cessaires pour la remise en conformit
Faire les actions de proximit s infrastructure / r seau sur sollicitation des quipes IT OC centrales
Desired Candidate Profile
Titulaire d'un dipl me Bac+2 en domaine Informatique ou R seaux et Telecom
Une premi re exp rience dans un secteur industriel est souhaitable
Connaissance du monde IS
Connaissance des technologies et outils
Connaissance des processus ITIL
Fort sens de relationnel et esprit d' quipe
Bon niveau de Fran ais et Anglais
Rigueur et Autonomie
