• Buildings, cooling systems, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, etc., as well as other installations
• fire fighting and fire prevention equipment
• Video surveillance systems, in accordance with technical specifications, compliance standards and government regulations
• Ensures the water and electricity supply to the site
• Prepares and archives the necessary documents
• Documents maintenance operations performed according to the maintenance plan
• Carry out moves and rearrangements
• Monitors the meeting rooms in terms of furniture and ensures their good condition in coordination with the IT department
• Collects, documents and reports consumption data
• Provides support during internal and external audits
• Creates purchase requests and records the receipt of goods or services
