Roles & Responsibilities

Position available:

Maintenance Technician.

Workplace:

Berrechid Site

Mission and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

Ensure rigorous monitoring of all machines, improve their availability, while minimizing time and costs.
Perform machine maintenance according to the work order and in order of priority.
Collect machine downtime data and analyze the causes according to a well-defined frequency.
Monitor the progress of preventive and calibration work
Perform corrective maintenance on all equipment (machines and boards)
Organize preventive inspections of the machines according to the schedule
Monitor, review and update the status of ALAS machines
Conduct audits and equipment checks according to pre-established schedules.
Create and update machine maintenance forms and records
Contribute to the success of external audits (Group/Client/Certification)
Address non-conformity reports from process audits and implement appropriate corrective actions.
To act as the interface between the quality, methods, maintenance and launch departments

Qualification :

BAC +2 DUT/BTS/DTS, Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
