Description of the company and the position:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in the sector, a Maintenance Technician

Main missions:

Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of technical installations (electricity, plumbing, CFA – Low Current).

Perform fault diagnostics and ensure repairs as soon as possible.

Check the proper functioning of equipment: electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, fire detection, alarm, access control, etc.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during interventions.

Participate in the installation, commissioning and renovation of technical equipment.

Fill in the intervention sheets and ensure the technical follow-up of the equipment.

Collaborate with other technicians and the maintenance manager to improve the performance of the facilities.

Profile :

Technical training (Bac +2 / Bac +3) in Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, Plumbing, or equivalent.

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar position, ideally in a multi-ethnic maintenance company or in a tertiary/industrial environment.

Strong skills in LV electricity, low current, plumbing.

Knowledge of safety standards and technical intervention procedures.

Ability to quickly diagnose faults and intervene effectively.

Sense of service, rigor, autonomy and team spirit.
