Install, configure and commission computer equipment (workstations, peripherals, network equipment).

• Provide local technical support and user assistance.
• Diagnose, analyze and resolve hardware, software and network incidents, ensuring rigorous follow-up of intervention tickets.
• Participate in the management and monitoring of the IT infrastructure.
• Ordering computer equipment and monitoring stock levels.
• Document the procedures and technical interventions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and practices.

• University degree in computer science or a related field (Bac+2 Bac+3 minimum).
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware: assembly, diagnosis and maintenance of components (PCs, servers, peripherals).
• Excellent research, analysis and technical problem-solving skills.
• Manual dexterity and practical sense: comfortable with physical interventions on equipment and installations.
• Rigour, pragmatism and a sense of organisation.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and good communication skills.
• Autonomy, adaptability and ability to quickly develop skills.
• A sense of continuous improvement and performance.
• Comfortable using artificial intelligence tools for finding solutions, writing technical documentation and optimizing support processes.
