Roles & Responsibilities

To support our numerous distributed projects and our strong international growth, our infrastructure relies on the latest technologies available on the market in order to optimize the datacenters we operate in France, the United States and Asia.

Your tasks

  • Handling of the queue master in our Jira Service Management ticketing tool and routing of requests to level 2 support
  • Level 1 ticket handling to provide an initial response to employees
  • Good command of computer tools, Windows 10 operating system, office software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferably with a two-year post-secondary degree (BAC+2).

  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 systems, office equipment
  • Network concepts/administration of a local network with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Solid level of English, French.
