Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a client portfolio (prospecting, follow-up, loyalty).
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding our business management solutions and their accessories.
- Present and demonstrate our products to customers (on-site or online).
- Drafting and negotiating commercial offers tailored to client needs.
- Monitor the smooth progress of sales, from order to installation of solutions.
- Provide first-level support and collaborate with the technical team to resolve any issues.
- Update the customer database and follow up on sales follow-ups.
- Participate in marketing activities and the implementation of sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Training in business, marketing or computer science.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good command of computer tools and management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial acumen and a strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve objectives.
