Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a client portfolio (prospecting, follow-up, loyalty).
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding our business management solutions and their accessories.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to customers (on-site or online).
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial offers tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor the smooth progress of sales, from order to installation of solutions.
  • Provide first-level support and collaborate with the technical team to resolve any issues.
  • Update the customer database and follow up on sales follow-ups.
  • Participate in marketing activities and the implementation of sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Training in business, marketing or computer science.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good command of computer tools and management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial acumen and a strong sense of customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team and achieve objectives.
