Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and bid documents.

  • Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to develop competitive solutions.

  • Manage pricing, cost estimation, and commercial risk analysis.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams during pre- and post-award stages.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with telecom operators and government authorities.

  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities in telecom and ELV sectors.

  • Handle contract negotiations, variations, and claims management.

  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and telecom standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications or related field).

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in Telecom and ELV sectors.

    • Proven experience working as a contractor with telecom operators and government authorities.

    • Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, fiber optics, ELV systems, and ICT solutions.

    • Expertise in tendering, estimation, and contract management.

    • Bilingual (English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage).

    • Proficiency in MS Office and estimation tools.

    Visa Requirements:

    Transferable Iqama preferred.
