Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for digital wealth platforms and third-party integrations
* Lead end-to-end design of front-end user journeys in partnership with UX/UI teams for optimal user experience
* Act as the bridge between technical and business teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment of deliverables
* Drive system integration initiatives to enhance interoperability with core banking systems
* Conduct detailed gap analysis and create functional workflows and specifications
* Oversee testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews for digital solutions
* Provide advisory input on optimizing digital wealth capabilities and related business processes

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on digital wealth platform implementations
* Proven experience in managing third-party integrations for digital platforms
* Hands-on experience collaborating with UX/UI teams for front-end design journeys
* Strong understanding of core banking systems and processes
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
