Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle EBS - APEX) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS and APEX, with proven experience in Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Forms, Reports, and Workflows from scratch.
  • Automate workflows and manage configuration & deployment.
  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle HCM modules (R12).
  • Develop applications using Oracle APEX framework.
  • Build and optimize reports using XML Publisher, RDF, and script tuning.
  • Create and maintain Functions, Stored Procedures, and Packages.
  • Work with Oracle Workflows & OA Frameworks.
  • Prepare and maintain Oracle technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure smooth HCM process support and enhancement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical & functional experience in Oracle HCM modules.
  • Solid knowledge of HCM processes & Fast Formulas.
  • Hands-on experience in APEX development.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Toad.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
