Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Designs and governs the end-to-end contact center technology architecture across voice and digital channels.
Design enterprise call center architecture (on-prem / cloud / hybrid)
Lead implementation of platforms (Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Amazon Connect, Cisco)
Define integration with CRM, ERP, IAM, AI engines, analytics tools
Design omnichannel routing (voice, chat, email, WhatsApp, social)
Define scalability, HA/DR, and migration to CCaaS
10+ years experience, 5+ years in architecture roles
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in call center technology, with at least 5 years in an architecture role.
- Demonstrates strong experience in call center platforms like Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, or similar technologies.
- Exhibits deep understanding of contact center technologies, including IVR, ACD, CTI, and workforce management.
