Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Designs and governs the end-to-end contact center technology architecture across voice and digital channels.

    • Design enterprise call center architecture (on-prem / cloud / hybrid)

    • Lead implementation of platforms (Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Amazon Connect, Cisco)

    • Define integration with CRM, ERP, IAM, AI engines, analytics tools

    • Design omnichannel routing (voice, chat, email, WhatsApp, social)

    • Define scalability, HA/DR, and migration to CCaaS

    • 10+ years experience, 5+ years in architecture roles

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in call center technology, with at least 5 years in an architecture role.
  • Demonstrates strong experience in call center platforms like Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, or similar technologies.
  • Exhibits deep understanding of contact center technologies, including IVR, ACD, CTI, and workforce management.
