Roles & Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE
- Design in the field of special machine construction and fixture construction with a focus on technologies to produce
weld-in fittings.
- Independent handling of projects (including creating specifications, technical clarifications, obtaining quotes from
suppliers and monitoring deadlines)
- Further development of production processes
- Conducting audits, setting up workshops and participating in TPM projects
- Organization and decision-making in the awarding of external contracts in cooperation with the purchasing department
- Supporting the introduction of new manufacturing technologies
- Working with 2D and 3D CAD systems (PTC Creo Elements/Direct, PTC Creo Parametric, PTC Mathcad)
- Creation of operating instructions
- Strength calculations
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed education in Mechanical Engineering (BTech, BE or equivalent)
- English – B1 (Communication possible, technical terms need to be learned)
- Good 2D and 3D CAD and PC skills are required. The ability to independently perform basic strength calculations
is essential. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is beneficial
- Practical design experience, curious, responsible, team player and enjoys tinkering.
