Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished Technology Solutions Sales Lead from the technology sector to lead the promotion and market development of Gourmet-Hub in KSA. The selected candidate will also serve as a Project Manager, overseeing coordination between business objectives and the technical development team to ensure successful implementation of the platform’s strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

· Develop and execute strategic plans to promote Gourmet-Hub within the KSA market.

· Support the expansion of existing UAE-based clients into the KSA market by identifying suitable cloud kitchen partners and facilities, enabling clients to establish operations without major capital investment.

· Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.

· Drive revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of strategic accounts.

· Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and finalize contracts in alignment with company objectives.

· Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and relevant industry events.

· Build partnerships with local operators, aggregators, and cloud kitchen providers to facilitate seamless market entry for Gourmet-Hub clients.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support management decision-making.

Project Management & Coordination

· Act as the primary liaison between management and the development team.

· Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

· Manage project timelines, oversee task allocation, and ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.

· Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.

· Provide periodic project and performance reports to management.

· Ensure effective communication between departments to support cohesive project execution.

Strategic Support

· Contribute to the formulation of business strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.

· Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to improve the platform’s market relevance and user experience.

· Support in setting performance targets and developing performance indicators related to sales and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.

· Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales or business development within a technology-driven company.

· Demonstrated experience in managing regional or market entry projects, preferably in KSA or GCC markets.

· Proven ability to coordinate with software development teams and translate business requirements into technical outputs.

· Strong understanding of the food tech, cloud kitchen, or F&B delivery ecosystem is a distinct advantage.

· Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
