The role will drive the redesign of the technology function to a more modern, platform-oriented structure, enabling greater agility, scalability, and alignment with business goals.This is a senior leadership assignment requiring a balance of technology expertise, programme management, and organisational change experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a multi-year transformation programme covering technology structure, processes, and ways of working.Oversee the design and implementation of a new technology operating model across business, enterprise, technical, and infrastructure areas.Shape organisational change, including defining new roles, responsibilities, and governance models.Partner with executive leadership to embed new practices and ensure sustainable adoption.Provide strategic direction while maintaining accountability for programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.Candidate ProfileProven track record delivering large-scale technology transformations within financial services.Deep experience across enterprise technology, architecture, infrastructure, and business-technology alignment.Strong understanding of enterprise technology, organisational design, and infrastructure services.Experienced in programme management and driving change in complex, regulated environments.Skilled in organisational design and change management, including workforce transformation and role creation.Skilled in executive stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and align across business and technology leadership.International experience and cultural adaptability highly valued.Why ApplyThis is a rare opportunity to lead a strategic, long-term transformation at the core of a major financial services organisation.
