Outbound Calling (Primary Role) Make daily outbound calls to property owners, investors, and existing database Generate new seller listings (exclusive listings preferred) Identify and engage buyers looking for ready properties Lead Qualification & Filtering Distinguish serious buyers from non-serious inquiries Understand client needs: budget, urgency, motivation, and timeline Forward only high-quality leads to the sales team Listing Generation (Key KPI) Build a consistent pipeline of secondary market properties Coordinate with owners for property details, pricing, and availability Focus on securing exclusive listings Follow-ups & Nurturing Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients Reactivate old and inactive leads Maintain strong follow-up discipline—no missed opportunities CRM & Data Management Accurately update all interactions in the CRM system Maintain clean and organized data Track lead progress and conversion stages Market Awareness Stay updated on property prices, demand trends, and resale activity Understand high-performing and slow-moving areas
