Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and work to resolve concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant telemarketing regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • must experience in the Saudi market is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a related customer service role.
