Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Work from home option however closely work with team.
• Explain ERP, Software products or services and their benefits to customers clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate with sales team.
• Provide feedback to the division manager on customer needs and market trends.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
