Roles & Responsibilities
Specializing in customer relationship management, and as part of our ongoing development, we are looking for bilingual (male/female) telephone advisors to:
- Outbound calling in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Managing customer contacts via our database.
- Advise clients and prospects on the products and services offered.
- Ensure follow-up and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Higher education, similar experience in a call center would be a plus.
- Available immediately. Resident of Algiers.
- Friendly and stimulating work environment.
