Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

  • Sell postpaid SIM card products through phone conversations
  • Explain postpaid plans, offers, and benefits clearly
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales
  • Handle customer questions and objections professionally
  • Follow company policies and tele-calling guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, call center, or phone-based sales.
