Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of the offered products or services.
  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone, focusing on sales and lead generation to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on the Arabic-speaking market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and update the customer database with accurate and detailed information about interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback using CRM software.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a tele sales role, particularly within the Middle East or Arabic-speaking markets, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, enhancing sales efficiency and data management.
  • Holds relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) or training, showcasing a commitment to professional development and sales best practices.
