Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Pitch DU Telecom products and services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify and qualify new sales leads
- Provide solutions and address concerns
- Stay up-to-date on DU Telecom products and services
- Communicate features, benefits, and promotions
- Accurately record sales interactions and customer data
- Support team members to achieve collective goals
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years' experience in tele sales or sales
- Telecom industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
