Job Description

Innovations Global is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with provided leads, building relationships, and converting them into qualified meetings for the Business Development (BD) team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company

  • Understand client requirements and present relevant services

  • Build strong rapport with potential clients through effective communication

  • Convert leads into scheduled meetings for the Business Development team

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
