Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our stock market & forex trading services. Explain products, trading plans, and service benefits clearly and professionally. Maintain client records and follow up regularly to ensure successful onboarding. Build strong customer relationships to maximize conversion and retention. Coordinate with the sales and advisory teams to support client needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of stock market or forex trading (training will be provided). Ability to handle client queries confidently. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined. Prior tele-calling or sales experience is compulsory. English and hindi is compulsory
