Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, effectively communicating product benefits and features to drive interest.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and ensure follow-up actions are logged and prioritized.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through persuasive communication and strategic selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to foster loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales-focused role, showcasing your ability to close deals.
- Certification in sales techniques or customer relationship management is a plus to enhance credibility.
- Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable, as it aligns with our product offerings.
