Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound telesales calls to potential clients.

Present and promote real estate services in Arabic, English, and French.

Convert leads into qualified appointments and opportunities.

Maintain accurate records on CRM and follow up consistently.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of telesales experience (real estate preferred).

Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (spoken and written).

Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

What We Offer:

Fixed monthly salary: AED 3,000 5,000 (depending on experience).
