Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact to understand their needs.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team and operations to create targeted campaigns that effectively promote our services.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and improve customer service.
Generate Sales (close sale) and coordinate for smooth transition from sales to operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong BPO industry experience (American Accent)
Sales Aptitude: Proven experience or, interest in sales and negotiation.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for networking and pitching.
Call Handling: Ability to make number of calls with accurate data gathering.
Research & Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze market data to inform strategy.
Perform accurate, high-speed input of data, document verification, and database management.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Able to do night shift as clients are US based.
