Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact to understand their needs.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and operations to create targeted campaigns that effectively promote our services.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and improve customer service. 

  • Generate Sales (close sale) and coordinate for smooth transition from sales to operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong BPO industry experience (American Accent)

  • Sales Aptitude: Proven experience or, interest in sales and negotiation.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for networking and pitching.

  • Call Handling: Ability to make number of calls with accurate data gathering.

  • Research & Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze market data to inform strategy.

  • Perform accurate, high-speed input of data, document verification, and database management.

  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Able to do night shift as clients are US based.
