Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide a clear overview of products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to encourage purchasing.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with interested customers and efficiently close sales deals.
  • Accurately document all data and calls using the Bevatel system.
  • Handle inquiries and objections professionally and persuasively.
  • Prepare regular reports on the number of calls, acquired opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure overall target achievement.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat sales.

Requirements:

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (preferably within the sports sector).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and a professional demeanor when dealing with diverse customer segments.
  • Proficiency in computer use and cloud-based systems (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • Familiarity with call center management systems (Bevatel or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
