Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Policy & Procedure
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
2. Sales Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of customers via regular telephone contact.
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update CRM with customer and sales activity data.
- Provide accurate documentation for customer contracts.
- Act as the main contact for telesales customers.
3. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet sales targets by managing a customer portfolio billing AED 500–2500/month.
- Acquire new SME clients and identify high-potential customers for field sales transfer.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for improving sales systems and productivity.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of EP products and industry trends.
5. Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

As a Telesales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting a portfolio of premium postal and logistics solutions to both new and existing clients. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for customer engagement and a proven ability to convert leads into lasting business relationships. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing client accounts, and maximizing value through strategic upselling and cross-selling—all conducted via phone in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
