Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the tele-sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor daily outbound and inbound calls to ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to sales scripts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and call scripts tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Train, coach, and mentor tele-sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to align tele-sales efforts with broader company objectives.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and motivate staff.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
