Roles & Responsibilities
The Telecaller role in the real estate industry is pivotal for bridging the gap between potential clients and the company. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will involve handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, providing them with information regarding real estate properties, and converting leads into sales. You will serve as the voice of the company, representing services and promotional campaigns with clarity and persuasion. The position requires a superb command of communication skills, patience, and a customer-oriented approach to build trust and long-term relationships with prospective clients. Utilizing CRM tools, you will manage leads efficiently and follow up as needed to ensure timely responses to all inquiries. As a vital member of the sales team, your goal will be to contribute significantly to driving sales growth and meeting monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential real estate clients.
- Provide detailed information about property features and specifications.
- Build rapport and create long-term relationships with clients.
- Assist clients by understanding their needs and requirements distinctly.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and timely information.
- Follow up with prospects to provide requested information and support.
- Coordinate schedules for property site visits and client meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective targets effectively.
- Promote special offers and real estate promotions to prospective buyers.
- Achieve daily and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
- Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions swiftly.
- Prepare and maintain call logs and activity reports professionally.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with an engaging telephone manner.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Eagerness to learn about real estate industry trends and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment effectively.
