Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions, updating records with accurate information and follow-up actions.
  • Deliver compelling pitches tailored to individual clients, highlighting the unique benefits of products or services.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or communications is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a telecalling or sales role, showcasing a successful track record.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous for diverse clientele.
  • Strong technical skills in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer data effectively.
