Job Title: Telecaller (Female – English & Arabic)

Location: Qatar

Experience: 1–4 Years

Salary : 30,000 INR per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Telecaller fluent in English and Arabic to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, and promoting services while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.

Communicate effectively in English and Arabic.

Generate leads and follow up on prospects.

Maintain and update customer databases regularly.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and service delivery.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Arabic (Mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Female

Minimum Graduate (Any discipline)

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred
