Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Cold call and follow up with potential clients to generate qualified leads.
- Build rapport with C-level executives (IT Managers, Directors, Business Owners).
- Explain software solutions at a high level to warm up prospects.
- Schedule product demos for the presales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and lead status.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize outreach efforts.
- You have at least 1-2 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Telesales role, ideally within the IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Arabic (verbal & written).
- Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, and business software solutions.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and patience in cold calling.
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
- Must be based in Riyadh with a valid visa allowing full-time onsite work.
