Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, converting interest into tangible sales opportunities through effective communication.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with clients to provide product knowledge and answer inquiries, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate successful conversions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, showcasing proficiency in handling diverse customer interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively during calls.
