Responsibilities:  

• Maintaining operational conditions and ensuring security and efficiency
• Managing incidents within its scope, ensuring continuous monitoring of solutions and performing reliable diagnostics of failures
• Guaranteeing the eradication of problems
• Being the point of contact and the reference for suppliers to manage the technical aspects of their solutions/products
• Evaluating the risks of technical solutions, particularly those related to security and service continuity, and remedying them by implementing the necessary data backup and recovery devices
• Ensuring the remediation related to the security of solutions, including patching and vulnerabilities
• Collecting and analyzing data to manage and improve network performance via a technical or process angle
• Ensuring the sustainability of technical solutions and managing obsolescence
• Formalizing the procedural framework sufficient to frame the implementation of operational processes
• Defining and implementing technical solutions
• Designing, developing, and deploying the most appropriate technical solutions in collaboration with the trades and considering market solutions
• Conducting Telecom projects, participating in technical studies, defining adapted architectures, and producing prototypes (Proof of Concept)
• Ensuring the exploitability and sustainability of the solutions Continuous improvement
• Being attentive to new solutions
• Producing the necessary data and APIs (Application Programming Interface) for the piloting and automation of production and the exploitation of solutions
• Conducting technical studies on the optimization of solutions, their integration, and the automation of their exploitation
