Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute telecom site installation, integration, and commissioning activities.
Ensure all telecom systems, equipment, and infrastructure are installed according to project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and troubleshooting for telecom networks and equipment.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and daily progress updates.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and project requirements.
Perform testing, validation, and optimization of telecom systems.
Resolve technical issues and support field teams during project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Telecom Site Engineer.
Strong knowledge of telecom networks, RF systems, fiber optics, and site commissioning.
Arabic-speaking candidates preferred (Egyptian / Sudanese preferred).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently on site and manage multiple tasks.
