Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecom Structural Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting structural analysis, designing telecom tower infrastructure, performing detailed calculations, and creating technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to project planning, provide technical expertise during construction, and maintain quality and safety standards across telecom projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles

  • Strong skills in Structural Analysis and performance of complex engineering calculations
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and familiarity with design software
  • Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and efficient engineering designs
  • Strong problem-solving ability and capability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Understanding of industry standards, including ISO certifications and regulatory guidelines, is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related discipline; Professional Engineer
  • Relevant experience in telecommunications infrastructure engineering is an advantage
