Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecom Technician with experience in Access Network Operations & Maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of Mobile Networks, LTE, Wi-Fi, Radio Systems, and Transmission equipment. Experience with Nokia telecom equipment is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom network equipment.

  • Diagnose and rectify faults in Mobile, LTE, Wi-Fi, and Radio Access Network systems.

  • Monitor network alarms and ensure fault clearance within KPI targets.

  • Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance activities at telecom sites.

  • Support 24x7 shift and call-out duties as required.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and operational procedures.

  • Report equipment faults, damages, security issues, and site discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and managed service teams.

  • Conduct site audits and joint verification activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

  2. 2–3 years of telecom maintenance experience.

  3. Hands-on experience with Nokia telecom equipment (Mandatory).

  4. Knowledge of GSM, LTE, Fixed Wireless Access, Wi-Fi, Microwave Radio, and Access Network systems.

  5. Experience in fault management, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

  6. Valid UAE Driving License preferred not Mandetory.
