Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor systems for repair needs to prevent customer complaints and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints through emails/phone calls, open trouble tickets, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Adhere to all policies, processes, and operating procedures for consistent work execution.
  • Execute complex day-to-day operations to comply with standards and ensure work continuity.
  • Collaborate with relevant team members to gather information for solution implementation.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regarding responsiveness and repair times to analyze feedback and strategize improvement plans.
  • Maintain computer records and reports, including trouble tickets and fault recovery documents, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge in alignment with evolving technology to effectively fulfill job requirements.

Planning Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address project issues to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Supervise the implementation of integrated systems for optimal quality and functionality.
  • Document project milestones, requirements, and outcomes for comprehensive project tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electronic and Communication engineering

  • 0 To 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in deploying, managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in incident response and quick decision-making
  • Knowledge of cloud computing
  • Project management basics or PMP knowledge
  • Relevant certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are advantageous.
  • Understanding of Telecom fundamentals, network architecture, protocols, and technologies such as GSM, CDMA, LTE, and VoIP, 4G, 5G, Packet Core, IP Multimedia System.
  • Familiarity with MPLS Network and cloud computing.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and experience with server management and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in scripting.
