Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, utilizing a well-crafted script to engage and inform them about products or services.
- Conduct market research during calls to identify customer needs and gather valuable feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets through effective persuasion and relationship-building techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software and telecommunication technology for efficient call management.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are highly advantageous.
