Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Use call scripts to engage with potential or existing customers over the phone
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all information is correctly recorded
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activity for reporting and follow-up purposes
- Refer interested or qualified prospects to the field sales team for further engagement
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals by consistently following up and closing deals
- Input and update customer data in the system with a high level of accuracy
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Clearly explain product benefits and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn and adapt to different campaign scripts quickly.
- Self-motivation and resilience to handle rejections effectively.
- Basic familiarity with call center practices and CRM tools is an advantage
