Roles & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Make 20 25 structured outbound calls per working day
  • Introduce Synketa s services warmly and professionally
  • Qualify initial interest and book meetings for the strategy team
  • Keep call notes and lead details organized
  • Join short virtual check-ins

Working Hours

  • 10:00 AM 5:00 PM (Egypt time)
  • Part-Time: Any 3 days per week (Monday Friday only)
  • Hybrid/remote

Compensation

  • Base salary: 6000 EGP + commission on each closed sale sourced from your booked meetings
  • Performance incentives available

  • Clear English communication
  • Previous cold-calling experience
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers
  • Confident, energetic phone presence
  • Positive, engaging, people-oriented personality
  • Organized, consistent, and reliable when working remotely Marketing agency experience is a plus.
