Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telemarketing / Customer Service / Tele Sales Agent to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses and inviting them to participate in the prestigious Global Banking & Finance Review Awards program. Your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to think logically will be key to your success in this position. The publication can be accessed at globalbankingandfinance. com

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and send emails to companies globally to invite them to participate in the Global Banking & Finance Review Awards program

Clearly communicate the value and credibility of the publication and its awards to senior decision-makers

Handle inquiries and objections with confidence and persuasive reasoning

Accurately document all outreach activities and client interactions in the CRM

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and ensure timely responses

Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas and monthly performance targets

Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and communications efforts

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships


Desired Candidate Profile


Minimum 6 Months to 1 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, tele sales, or B2B customer service

Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written

Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills

Confident phone presence with the ability to engage professionals globally

Familiarity with CRM tools and email outreach platforms

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized

Experience in the media, finance, or awards/events industry is a plus

Experience in Real estate Sales is also considered
